There is a clear reason for the success of PurePRP® SP. It has the perfect cellular composition at ideal concentrations. It is a clinical marvel that’s not duplicated anywhere. PurePRP® SP provides the most powerful concentration of deliverable regenerative cells, without the deleterious contaminants found in most PRP products. The system exceeds the clinical requirement for effective PRP, providing between 7 and 21 billion platelets in a treatment sample. Unlike most PRP systems today, it DOES NOT create a diabetic condition at the injection site, of which is known to counter effective wound healing. Less clotting

Material mediated coagulation studies show there is no statistical significant difference between the clotting time of plasma and PureBMC SupraPhysiologic (SP). Quiescent aspiration of bone marrow using the ASPIRE Harvesting System reduces activation clotting which helps to maintain cell function during collection and processing. This shows that PureBMC SP is processed in a manner that preserves the functionality of progenitor stem cells, platelets, and platelet growth factor.

Less free hemoglobin

Extracellular free hemoglobin molecules are known to trigger pathologies associated with adverse clinical outcomes. This includes oxidative reactivity that leads to nitrous oxide depletion, oxidative stress, hypertension, vaso-occlusion, immune dysregulation, renal failure and more. PureBMC® SP prepares a pure sample of bone marrow concentrate with the least amount of free hemoglobin, when compared to other leading systems. Its unique collection removes hemolytic free hemoglobin.

Less activation

PureBMC® has a progenitor cell viability of 97% or greater, partially due to its gentle processing technique and quiescent aspiration attained with the ASPIRE™ bone marrow needle. it is equipped with an ergonomic and lightweight handle for even application of pressure during deployment, a razor sharp triple crown bevel tip for minimally invasive coring of the cortical bone, and a specially designed fenestrated blunt tip aspirating cannula for purified sample collection.
